3. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

If you visit our website www.ibzellerer.de, the browser installed on your terminal device will automatically send information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. This log file temporarily records the current IP address of your computer, date and time of the access, name and URL of the retrieved file, the referrer URL, the browser employed by you and possibly the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider, and stores these data until they are deleted automatically.

The afore-mentioned data are processed by us for the following purposes:

5. Google Maps

The online map service Google Maps can be used via our website. If a user calls up the website of Google Maps, his browser builds up a direct connection to the servers of Google Maps. The content of the website is directly transmitted to the user`s browser by Google Maps. Consequently, the operator has no influence on the extent of the data that are collected by Google Maps. You have the right:

  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive the personal data which you provided to us in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format or to demand transmission of those data to another controller;
  • pursuant to Art. 7 subs. 3 GDPR to withdraw your consent you gave us at any time and
