Since the formation of Ingenieurbüro Zellerer – IBZ in 1953, as an engineering office for design and construction of industrial buildings and facilities, IBZ, with the background of more then 60 years of practice, stands for structural engineering at a higher level.

Since the early 1960s, IBZ takes great effort in planning and designing in its major field – industrial plant design. The Scope of work includes static as well as dynamic analysis of concrete and/or steel structures in chemical and petrochemical facilities as well as more common constructions above and below ground, like one/multi-family housing, schools and other production facilities like breweries, golf courses, smaller bridges etc.

In close contact with the strongly connected client Linde AG, IBZ and Linde pushed forward new developments in the design and execution of industrial facilities, which are part of many execution standards even today. Independent of the high state of knowledge in steel structure and concrete design, the colleagues of IBZ test new approaches and ideas for practicability and economic viability for each project.

Therefore, all design works are carried out in worldwide customers specification as well as national and international regulations (DIN, EC/EN, A.I.S.C/ASCE/IBC, BS, AS, SAC, IS, GB and specialized regulations AD, KTA, ASME, FKM)
